The menu

Antica Trattoria Cirio cuisine tied to tradition and flavors of the past, and also the methods of preparation, but sometimes using modern equipment and technology, are the ones that our grandmothers and great-grandmothers (for youngers …) knew so well .

The gastronomic delights of the Antica Trattoria Cirio follow mainly the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients and local zero km.

The menu offers a tasting menu and a à-la-carte menu, enriched by the proposed daily or weekly. The ravioli and gnocchi are completely handmade by the chef; the wines in bulk and bottle are from Italian manufacturers chosen with care and attention.
